- 65% of the advisors working in the $2M to $5M sector said that is is a seller’s market
- The common EBITDA multiplier range in the $2M to $5M sector was 3.25 to 4.75 (58% of all transactions fell in that range)
- The top seller deal mistakes were unrealistic expectations, poor financial records, declining business sales
