Harvest Business Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of Image Direct, a print and direct mail business in Frederick, Maryland to a private buyer group lead by Dilip Parthasarathy, March 7, 2018.
Dilip Parthasarathy’s family has been printing for two generations in India. Dilip is excited to be taking over the helm of the print and direct mail business.
Carl Richmond, the primary seller, (see above in the green shirt with the big smile) excitedly said, “I did not think this sale day would ever come. I am very excited and thankful to Harvest and all the others.”
Other participants were Jeff Peisach of 44 Business Capital a division of Berkshire Bank providing SBA financing and Roger Lee of Essex Bank providing a line of credit facility. The closing was held at Lerch Early in Bethesda, Maryland by Alison Rind.
