The HVAC company which was sold is a leading mechanical contractor that manufactures and installs plumbing, HVAC, and sheet metal products in industrial and commercial buildings. The company provides numerous types of piping installations. The acquisition will allow the buyer to expand its concentration on Federal government contract work and further diversify it offerings.
